Heathland Autumn Morning

CLICK THE IMAGE ABOVE TO SEE THE FULL VERSION

The sun rises just above the treeline spilling its light across the heath on an autumn morning in the New Forest. Cobwebs heavy with dew are strung across the heather. This combination of purples, greens and blues are epitome of the New Forest in late summer and early autumn. This image was taken in an open area just south of Gritnam Wood, between Lyndhurst and Brockenhurst.
